Your Spa Experience

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointment
to allow time to register, change and relax. Late arrival
results in a shorter service time.

Your Personal Comfort
We provide plush robes and spa sandals. Lockers are
provided. Please leave valuables at home. Grand Spa
will not be responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
Before exfoliation treatments, we suggest you refrain
from shaving to avoid irritation.

Staff Requests
Our staff members are expertly trained in facilities
around the world. Feel free to request a male or female
staff member. Services may vary slightly from one therapist
to another, but all services are delivered to exceed

Gratuities are at your discretion and can be made at
checkout. Gratuity may be included in gift certificates.
A minimum 20% gratuity will be charged to parties of
4 or more.

Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation for single services,
and 48 hours’ notice for multiple services or packages.
All services are reserved by credit card. 50% of the scheduled
service fee is charged to the card for all cancellations
without 24 hours’ notice. We confirm appointments one to
two days in advance.

Gift Certificates
To redeem Gift Certificates for services, the actual Gift
Certificate must be presented upon arrival. Gift Certificates
expire one year from purchase and are non-refundable. Gift
Certificates can be purchased online at
and at the Grand Spa reception desk.

Grand Spa Boutique
We offer a wide range of the finest hair, body care and
skin care products. Retail sales are final with a 14-day return
policy for store credit only. Prices are subject to change.

Children at Grand Spa
Kids Services are for guests up to age 11.
Teen Services are for guests ages 12 to 15.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult,
and are only to enter Grand Spa for their own scheduled

Special Note
We respectfully request cell phones be turned off.
Grand Spa is a smoke-free environment.

Health Concerns
Please inform us of illness, allergy, pregnancy, injury or
any contra indications in your health condition before
booking to ensure services and or treatments don’t
interfere with medical issues.
